Which yeast to NOT use...

Hey all! I'm trying to formulate a barley wine, and this will be my first one. What yeasts should I absolutely NOT use for a barley wine? Hefeweizen? Saison?

Do not use Wheat, Belgians, Windsor, or Muntons or Coopers basic yeasts.
