I was planning on doing 5 gallon batches and plugging it into a GFCI outlet. I'm assuming I want the 115V version, not the 230V version, right?

No clue. It's what I would call a "normal" outlet. 2 vertical slots plus ground. Beyond that, I have no idea. As far as I know, there was nothing special about it when we built the house. I run power tools and electrical equipment on it.
I'm in the US. I assume that might make a difference.
Yep, that's a grounded 115.
Thanks. Ordered the 115. Hopefully it makes whirlpooling and chilling easier.
