OK, so I’m in the planning stage of a new brew rig. I am hoping to do a single tier setup with three kegs, 3 burners, pump, quick disconnects, etc…
I am hoping to use Natural gas for the whole setup.
I was wondering which burner you think would be best of the ones below. The Hurrican burner says Propane but I was thinking there’s a way to convert a propane burner so I can us Natural gas.

100,000 BTU’s

210,000 BTU’s

Thanks in advance,
Tim

I've read that the natural gas burner is hard to throttle down, it seems some even plug off the nozzles. There's plenty of burners out there that are for natural gas, stick to them if that's your gas supply. Converting a propane burner to NG is not usually to effective.

What size batches are you looking at making?

Well, I have been doing only 5 gallon batches but would like to be able to do larger ones also.

Thanks
