Where the Texans at?

Howdy folks!


Now that we've got the Texanisms out the way, I just wanted to say "Hi" and thanks ahead of time for any advice you have for an inexperienced brewer. I've done a few very tiny batches of mead already, and I have plans to work on some larger batches with better equipment when I get it. I've been using some tea to flavor my meads, and I'm curious about what ally'all think of it. I've found Youthberry tea from Starbucks makes a good drink. Lemme know if I oughta post elsewhere!
