What's your next upgrade?

Admit it. Our brewing stuff is never complete. There is always something else to get. What is your next upgrade?

I might be getting some unexpected income and I'm considering banjo burners.

Moving up to 10 gallon. Just need to install a valve into my HLT and build a stand for it. I have all the other equipment

Oxygen or stir plate/other starter stuff. I have mostly stuck to medium gravity beers and dry yeast but am looking to branch out. For bigger beers and liquid yeasts, these seem to be the standard upgrades.

I'll probably do the oxygen first since this should add less complexity to my brewing process.

I would be interested in moving beyond my swamp cooler, but with winter approaching it seems like something I can ignore for the next six months.
