What's with the foam??

I use a recirculating mash system...and have just recently started adjusting my water chemistry and water additions to try and get even better results from my setup.

Well, it seems that now my mash gets REAL foamy! I use a long mash schedule and it seems that after about an 1:15 minute the mash starts to foam up...and by the end, its super foamy!

I notice my brews turn out great...but, what is this foam??
 
umm....sugary bubbles...its normal...but the recirc will definitely enhance the bubblyness of it.
