hey everyone.
same as most others it seems, i have been lurking here trying to soak up more information than is humanly possible in a little time as i can.
brewed my first batch over at my dads house the other day, and i was instantly hooked! ordered my own kit that should be here this saturday, and i am hoping to get going on my first batch with no supervision this sunday!!
being that temps reach over 100 degrees all summer, and i often have to fly for days at a time, i have an extra fridge with climate control set up so hopefully my brew will ferment at the right temps without constant hovering!
i look forward to meeting a lot of you guys! you have great forum here!!
