Not mine, but my friend did a "true breakfast stout" that included cocoa puffs in the mash, maple syrup and coffee in the fermentor,and bacon in secondary. It was...interesting
 
pine needles, pine nuts, bourbon and charred granite rocks that were smoked over a fire for 2 hour and completely black with ash - all separate beers of course.
 
kosher dill pickles, added at bottling to several bottles of an American Light Lager. smells very weird, but tastes good.
 
Spruce tips (I think it was just a actually pine) from the top of a mountain in Vermont

Rose hips juiced in a saison (was awesome)
 
I just added a little wine to a small split of a batch. I look forward to doing something with either oregano, sage, or basil.
