I have a gluten free beer that I put into secondary with 5 pounds of blueberries, planning on letting them sit for about 1.5-2 weeks.

Is it worth trying to salvage the berries after I rack to my bottling bucket? Or will they pretty much be completely destroyed by that point?

Was thinking of making some kind of jam or something...

Nah not really useable in my experience. The fruits flavor is gone mostly because its in the beer which obviosly is a good thing.

When I make fruit wines I find the fruit still has plenty of flavour plus the booze from the wine. I use it as a ice cream / yoghurt topping. I'd say give the fruit a taste, if you like it keep it in a jar in the fridge, if not then chuck it.
