I just ordered 4 Rhizomes and should be here hopefully soon but currently here in Michigan we are still under a lot of snow and not getting above freezing any time soon so if they come early what should I do with them?
What to do until I plant?

place the rhizome in a plastic bag filled with moist potting mix and put it in the fridge.

Keep them in a sealed plastic bag in the frige and keep them moist. They'll keep just fine until it's time to plant.

Still debating if I want to attempt hydroponics or not. I have 4 rhizomes coming so maybe I'll do 2 hydroponically and 2 in the ground to see how they do
