I recently did my second all grain batch a wheat beer that is fermenting beautifully. Preparing to bottle my first a lager that has been in my secondary for almost 4 weeks ,and also to start another lager actually an octoberfest . now I am looking into my next two bathces one of wich will be a tripple ipa and another I am not sure of thinking either a marzen or an oatmeal stout leaning more towards the oatmeal stout does anyone have a decent recipie for either or a good link even?
