1st post... I'm new and I'm sorry it's a question.

I recently ordered the More Been Premium Brew kit:
https://www.morebeer.com/products/premium-home-brewing-kit.html

When it said it came with 3 mesh bags, I thought it was 3 full sized bags to line the complete kettle to do a full grain BIAB. Well, I've found it's really for hops and adjuncts. I hope I'm using the terminologies correctly.. Sorry if I'm not and please correct me.

What I need are bags large enough to do a full grain brew. Can anyone tell me what sized mesh bags are needed?

Thanks!

BTW, how hard would it be to make wine with this kit? Anyone know?

I must be 50 batches in with my wilser bag. It had no trouble containing 25lbs of soaking wet grain. Contact him with the dimensions and get a bag that fits perfectly. Consider a ratchet pulley if you can find a way to secure it above the kettle. I use a floor joist inside and one of those transforming ladders outside.

Check out the Brew Bag website above. They have a chart with the kettle size range for every standard size bag. You can also order a custom size bag if you need to. I've used mine for 1 1/2 years with no issues. As Tallgrass suggests, get the ratchet pulley! Well worth the price.

Contact @wilserbrewer with the dimensions of your kettle and he can supply you with a high quality bag. I got one in January and have done about 8 batches with it and love it and other than some slight staining from darker colored grains, it still looks like new.

+1 on the Wilser bag plus get a ratcheting pulley. I did not think I needed the ratcheting pulley. After first use i found out different. Went to local fleet farm and bought one. Makes brew day so much easier.
