What size conical do I need?

Hello all fellow home brewers!

I have an easy question to answer but seeing as though I'm new to this I figured I'd seek some expert advice.

I'd like to do 10 gallon batches in a conical fermenter. Is 12.5 gallon large enough or do I need a 14 gallon?

I do 10 gal batches in a 14 gal conical.

The rule of thumb for commercial fermenters is 25% head space, so 12.5 sounds right
