I have an AG Bells Two Hearted Ale clone 3 Gallon batch that I brewed last Saturday using Wyeast 1056.

SG was 1.056, and this has been sitting in my closet which has ambient temps of between 59 and 63.

Took a hydrometer sample on Thursday and it was at 1.011.

I plan on letting it sit for at least another two weeks in the primary until I either secondary it or just keg it, but I wanted to know at this point what should I do with it?

I checked the temperature of the closet this morning and it was down to 53. Should I try and move the beer to a warmer area, or should I just leave it in the closet? I know yeast tend to "clean up" after themselves, but I don't know if that process will continue at those temperatures.

At this point you can move it to room temperature and let it finish, 53 might be a tad to cold for the yeast to cleanup in
