So I am new to brewing, done a couple batches with friends and am gathering my build supplies for an all grain setup. I had intended to do a Brutis 20 style setup and already have two 25 gallon aluminum pots. Both these came with nice steamer baskets. I know, I know there huge for 5 and 10 gallon batches but I did not want to worry about boilover and I have everything I need for infreaquent larger batches.

I have already purchased the parts to make a RIMS heating setup and am doing an all electric setup.

Now I stumbled onto a 15.5 stainless keg and wondering what I should do with it.

Should I:
A) Make it a HLT
B) Make it a boil kettle for smaller batches
C) Fermentor
D) Other....go ahead with your ideas.

Thanks for taking the time to read through this and giving your ideas!

Fermenter, there's nothing better than a sanke for fermenting... ...well, there's them there fancy conical's but you can't beat a SS fermenter that comes as cheap as a sanke keg!
