What is wrong with my starter? Looks weird :-( Can I sue it?

This is about the 5th starter I have made. For all I use the Propper started cans and let them run 24hrs. After that time they look milky with no discernible big pieces or anything. All worked great. On this one for WLP-005 after 24hrs it looks all grainy and like not mixed/good. It is best to see the video below. In it I just turn the plate off and you see the effect where all drops very quickly into little pieces rather than a solid milky look. Should I ditch it? Should I use it anyway? This is for a porter beer I will make today. Thanks.

This is how it normally look after 24hrs for my other ones:

Feewu! Thanks guys. I was getting very worried as I didn't have any replacement for it. Brew day on!
