What is this on my wine

This is a wine/kvass I made I made with a couple cups of sugar added to cooked bread water and I added some apple cider to it.I just noticed these brown lines on top. Is this krausen? Can I still drink it?

Looks like clumps of yeast and pectin. Yes, you can drink it if it tastes good.
