This is a creme ale that I brewed about a month ago. I cold crashed it and used gelatin, but it never really cleared up. I bottled it anyway, and after sitting for 3 weeks, I see these white dots clinging to the sides of the bottles, and floating around. The beer doesn't taste bad.. it's a little fruity, but I think that's because my ferm. temp got a little high.

Is this just yeast, or something to do with the gelatin?

The spots look black, but they're really white. That's just a shadow that you see..

Yup, almost definitely yeast. Sometimes it likes to cling to the sides of bottles like that.

If I put bottles in the freezer, the yeast drops out for the most part.
