20 gal. extract +6 lbs. 80 17 days primary finally at lower temps 68-70, 072-018
Secondary in 5 gal carboys immediately chilled to low 30's for 2 days.
Added 1 pac Knox gelatin for each 5 er and left in cold till carb time.

First of my tap pull is to foamy (haven't lengthened my tap line yet), so I keep a jar next to tap for 1st couple ounces. The rest is great and crystal clear. Have had nothing but chill haze in the past.
After a day at room temp my waste jar has a white sediment and puts a bit on the side also. Doesn't look like yeast. Is it gelatin? Does it right to the end of keg. Stumped
