What is "flabby" beer?

I've read about beers that are described as being flabby. What are the characteristics of a flabby beer? Any commercial beers you would call flabby?

A too high pH can make beer taste dull and lifeless. That's what I would say flabby beer means.

I agree with vike. I consider flabby to generally be the opposite of bright.

What does bright taste like? Crisp, clean, dry?

Pretty much all of that - though less emphasis on the dryness part, as a good Pale or IPA can certainly be bright...
