But smoke a butt for the game tommorow. This is at 5 hours. Pulled it off the smoker to finish in the oven because I got tired of going in and out.

Back in 2006 when we got the big snow right before Christmas, my brother convinced me to help him use my smoker to hot smoke a few trout for Christmas presents. We have some pretty good shots of him in some overalls, and the snow around the pavement we dug out for the smoker towering over the smoker. It was a classic Denver post-blizzard day, with blue sky and sun. Stuck a few brews in the snow, got the smoker going, and played board games until the smoking was done.
