Ive been away for a while and cant remember what the unit of measurement means, I assume when posted in a grain bill such as 10lbs Marris Otter and 2# Vienna, that it means 2lbs of Vienna? If # follows after oz additions then it means ounces? Thanks !

The US measurement system was not confusing enough...so we came up with "lbs" and "#" to keep people on their toes. I think those were the same guys that thought it would be funny to use ounces for both volume and weight.
