I started a 5 gal batch of Rhubarb early may SG was 1.09. I racked it 4x until clear & no sediment Sept 26th. Th sg was .99. I added 12 ounces wine conditioner to sweeten it( contains pot sobate) & camden tabs then bottled it.
Now several corks have popped & the wine is fizzy. Is it refermenting? What do I do?

I'd cover the necks and re-cork in 2-3 months.

Unless you de-gas your wine or age it a really long time the CO2 will blow your corks. I would do as David suggests.

Should u not bottle it but instead leave in demijohn with a airlock???
