I started a 5 gal batch of Rhubarb early may SG was 1.09. I racked it 4x until clear & no sediment Sept 26th. Th sg was .99. I added 12 ounces wine conditioner to sweeten it( contains pot sobate) & camden tabs then bottled it.
Now several corks have popped & the wine is fizzy. Is it refermenting? What do I do?
