What Dilution of Oxi Clean Free Do You Recommend

The Oxi Clean Free instructions (for hard surface cleaning) say to fill the blue mease to line number 4 which is about 2oz.
That seems like a ton of Oxi Clean compared with 1oz per gallon (ish) for PBW.

I think manufacturers always overdo it for a couple of reasons:

1) They don't want you using too little and then complaining (and not repurchasing) because it doesn't clean.
2) The more you use, the quicker you buy more.

I used to use OxiClean before switching to PBW. I can't remember exactly how much I used, but it wasn't anywhere near 2oz/gal. I'm guessing you can keep it closer to the PBW concentration.
