I brewed an IPA that I want to enter into a competition and not sure what category this fits.

11 lbs 2 row
2.5 lbs flaked barley
0.5 lbs light munich malt
OG 1.060
FG 1.011
ABV 6.4%

1oz Simcoe 13.5% for 5 minute boil
1oz BRU-1 whirlpool at 160 degrees
1oz Mosaic whirlpool at 160 degrees
1oz Simcoe dryhop at high krausen (40 hours into fermentation)
0.5 oz BRU-1 dryhop at high krausen (40 hours into fermentation)
1oz Mosaic dryhop for 5 days
0.5oz BRU-1 dryhop for 5 days

Wyeast 1318

I was going for somewhere in between a NEIPA and west coast IPA, which is why almost all hops are late additions, but still kept a little bitterness. Just tapped the beer today after carbonating for two weeks and it's delicious. Very slightly hazy, a little bitter, and nice tastes/aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, and a hint of pine.

This isn't a true NEIPA, and it certainly isn't a true west coast IPA. Trying to figure if I should enter just as a specialty IPA, NEIPA, or American IPA. Thoughts?
