HB Pilsner
My son filled his deer tag tonight. Wasn’t quite what I had planned, but at least his is out of the way. Get to butcher it tomorrow night.

Evil Twin imperial stout. This is a very complex beer. So much going on that my poor palate can't sort it out. Molasses, dark fruit, other stuff that just seems muddled and heavy to me. Bitter finish. Had to have some water for relief while finishing this 12% pint. With this one you need to have a friend over to help you drink it! Not bad but I've had better for less ($5 per can). Sorry for the rambling... did I mention12%?

This is a take off on a pre prohibition lager, all Proximity 2 row pale malt, magnum bittering, 1 oz Willamette at 5 minutes and flame out. 1 oz Willamette dry hop. Wonderful floral aroma and bread malt flavor.

And, in a 100 year old plus Annheuser Busch pre prohibition pilsner glass.
