I used to live in upstate NY and it was obviously everywhere, and was my beer of choice while in college. I make it a point to drink some whenever I go back home. Was your beer close to Genny?I live in PA, so it should be around. Just none of my local places have it.
I just brewed a Cream Ale recipe. 1.052, 70% 6-row, 30% flaked corn. Hopped with Cluster, Tettnang and Saaz to about 20 IBU. Some of the clearest, most beautiful wort out of the mash tun I’ve ever seen.
