Homebrew Pale Ale. Trying to figure out what to cook for supper tonight. Thinking pasta. Maybe just beer. IDK.

New local brew for me. A Teleporter, from the Unknown Brewing Co., here in Charlotte. Brewed with Enderly roasted coffee (a local, family owned roaster) and French Broad chocolate - a chocolatier in Asheville, NC. Asheville has a great collection of breweries, including Wicked Weed - before they were bought out by AmBev - and a Sierra Nevada location out near the airport - and many, many others. Looking forward to getting up there once things loosen up a bit, or when my 2nd vaccine dose kicks in. Meantime, I'm going to enjoy this Teleporter as a start to the Easter weekend.

Been a while for me. Did a no-heat all dme (wheat/golden light) with WL300. Came out great. Boiled like 1oz saaz on the side for 2min then added. World's shortest brew day. 🍻

HT time

First attempt at HB NEIPA. I hopped with. Citra/centennial/Sabro. Pretty good result. Good flavor, body, but aroma could be fuller. Still lukewarm on style.

I had a APA w/Denali or el dorado that had amazing pineapple flavors at Homegrown Hops Brewery. I’m contemplating a Sabro-Citra-Denali Pina Colada Hazy before I pivot back to Belgians.

Took the cat's studio apartment on wheels out for the day and learned he doesn't like lots of turns. Nope, not his thing. Otherwise a lovely day in the Bay, got a little wet, had tuna salad sammiches, and the cans suck. They're more practical than the bottles, but the near beer is interior out of the can. Bummer! Also, I made mimosas for dinner (french toast) :)
