I just did my first MO smash but with amarillo. How did yours come out? I mashed at 154 and it smells like apples?


I mashed more towards 152 but I do remember a bit of an apple smell when going to the keg after dry hop. It's since faded so I'm hoping your beer does the same.
 
Found some ******* in the woods with a tractor. In state-owned land. Yes, I'm that guy. Had a water bottle in my back pocket and of course one of my pistols.
