Hard Cider. SUPER flipp'n easy recipe that goes ??grain to glass??/(jug to glass) in 5 weeks. This is why I ALWAYS empty the fermenter and fill it right back up with apple juice from Sam's club.... BAM!
 
Taking it easy myself.

Tastes like backsweetened pasteurized froot lambic. Not to the Lindeman's or St. Louis level of saccharine, but too sweet for my taste.
