Nelson requires a light touch IMO.

Recently did a cream ale w ~10 g each Citra and Nelson at flame out/ love it

I agree. I tried to do a Nelson/Motueka imperial red, but used way too much of both.

My hb cherry-apple cider. Got home after going to a release of Reuban's Brews Pliny inspired triple IPA, the last batch they are brewing this year. Stopped at a bottle shop on the way home for some FW Wookey Jack CDA and a nice piece of fried rabbit from a food truck in their parking lot.

I don't even want coffee yet...why the hell am I even awake?! Skipped the full moon craziness last night. I poured a Lancaster Milk Stout last night...drank about 1/3 of it and poured the rest down the drain. Nothing but bitter. Fell asleep on the couch. Going back there right now!
