I couldn't waite untill next week so I tapped my Dirty Pale Ale that I pulled from the conditioning fridge earlier today. It is so rich and creamy with a nice smooth bitterness and a citrus nose. I call it dirty because I added an extra half pound of caramel 60. Came out very tasty.

An amber ale from a new microbrewery a couple towns over. I've been following this guy on youtube from day one maybe roughly a year or so ago and he's already managed to get his beers in most of the stores locally here. Bit on the pricey side so not a daily drink but I try to support him whenever I can afford to.

(Label says Beer-Harry's Horseshoe amber ale, a beer in which you can taste the genuine countryside)

I do hope that's a good one. I plan to drive down for pizza and beer to go in mid-March. Even after a two-hour drive, the pizza in my backseat is still worth it.
