Came home to blend my simple sugar mixture with my homemade limoncello, berrycello & a blend of the two (in the middle of course). Can’t wait to see how this batch turns out!

Kegging pour of a warm fermented marzen, fermented at 66f and 12psi for a couple weeks, then dropped temp 5f each day for a week, findings, kegged, good beer, already clear but needs a bit more carbonation, have the psi cranked so it will be ready for tomorrow (Oktoberfest).

Different gluten free NEIPA with Nelson, Strata & Citra. This one is so juicy that it tastes artificial (like I used a hop extract in the keg).

Free beer is the best beer. Got a free case of this beer b/c they are under filled. I’ll be drinking these like water before they oxidize.
It’s nice having contacts when a new canning line is in place and working out the kinks.
