Just got done making an english bitter ale. Added extra dry malts and have 7 different hops(all low quantities). Can't wait to try one. Any comments or questions? Happy brewing
 
Initial gravity was 1.060 witch should put it around 8% fg. The batch is really fermenting very aggressively.
 
This brew is fermenting like mad. 4 days in the primary and the gravity is at 1.020. Time to rack it to the secondary. It's at 6% now.
 
Just racked it to the secondary, added cascade and fuggles to it. Smells so good now. Few weeks and its going to be ready.
