Right now I have a New England Pale Ale and a German Hefeweizen (decocted, came out awesome!) on tap. I have my own recipe for an Autumn Vienna Amber Ale in the fermenter as I type this. On deck thinking about doing a decocted Pilsner like a Pilsner Urquell....

I gotta get off of my a$$ and bottle my steam beer. I am anxious to brew my pepper porter!

In bottles I have a pumpkin beer (about a case left) a few bottles of an Amber ale (meh) a Centennial ipa clone (ish) and youpers oatmeal stout. The last two are just now ready to start drinking. Up next I have plans for a trial for making an Amber ale that will (eventually) be amazing, and a comparison batch to go with it (I am kind of excited for this)
