Id like to make some split batches 10 gallons split into two 5 gallon- what are some good styles to split?

Kolsch & Belgian Single
APA with cascades & Belgian pale ala BPA

Any ideas it success stories ?

I'd like to make something simple with two different yeasts and possibly dry hop 1 or both differently. Like maybe using dry ale yeast on one and liquid steam lager yeast on the other and both fermented at 62.

Perfect candidate for yeast experiments. Split the batch and use two different, but similar yeast strains and see which you like better. E.g., tons of hefe strains, belgian strains, etc. Easy to compare with side-by-sides.

For two different styles, I'd do:
Belgian Tripel (normal) + Tripel w/tons of Saaz/Amarillo dry hop...YUM
