Anyone know of a good substitute for Weyermann's Abbey Malt? No LHBS carries it, so I'd have to get it online, but seems when one carries that they don't carry the other grains I want to get.

So is there something more common that compares to this. My LHBS suggested using a mix of Belgian Aromatic/Honey Malt and Belgian Pils 25%/25%/50%. Any thoughts?

I don't think there is a substitute. A blend is probably your best bet although I would go easy on the honey malt as well as tone done the aromatic and maybe add a touch of brown malt. 70% pils/20%German dark Munich/5%Aromatic/2.5%Brown/2.5%Honey malt
