check out this gooey floating mess! I was able to top crop some off and get a gravity reading, even though I had to bust thru to get the wine thief submerged! Pretty wild stuff.

1.057 to 1.012 in 5 days. A little lower than I was aiming for. Sample was very fruity tasting (pitched at 62, free rise to 67 and held there).

Wow, you got Wy1469 to attenuate that low huh? Nice. I found it flocced too quickly to attenuate that much. But I may not be mashing low enough also. Krausen looks good!

From researching around, I saw that lots of people were having problems getting this yeast to fall out. I cold crashed mine around day 16 to day 20, and there was zero krausen left, and the beer looked pretty darn clear. I will pull a sample in a few days to see how clear the beer is in the keg.
