Can i get some thoughts on this recipe?

1.048 OG

54% german wheat malt
39% 2-row german pilsner malt
4.5% carapils
2.5% acidulated malt

Mash at 148F for 75 minutes

Boil 90 minutes

5.1 IBUs with Mandarina Bavaria at 60 minutes
5.1 IBUs with Mandarina Bavaria at 15 minutes
1.0 IBU with Mandarina Bavaria at 5 minutes

Pitch Berliner Weisse Blend (WLP #630) ferment at 67F

1.048 OG
1.008 FG
11.3 IBU
3.4 SRM
5.2% ABV

Questions:
- anyone mess around with this yeast in making something stronger than a berlinner weisse?
- anyone play around with these hops in any wheat bear?
- does this recipe look like it will be tasty, in your opinion?

Co-humulone is high (>30%) in MB hops, so might be harsh as a bittering hop. Otherwise, it looks like an awesome combo.

Northern Brewer, German Tradition, and Perle would all work well. Although, Centennial and Magnum would also work if you have those two laying around.

Well, i ended up brewing this today - hit all temps, hit all gravities.

Ended up putting my 5 minute addition in at 60 (0.25oz of Bavaria Mandarina) instead of 0.125 oz of Magnum.

Decided to up the 5 minute addition from 0.25oz to 0.5 oz.

So, despite my best intentions this is an all Mandarina Brew...
