I started a batch of Wine Experts chocolate raspberry desert wine today.
Fingers crossed all goes well. I have heard some great reviews on this kit, can't wait to taste it.
My SG was 1.128 just a hair above the recommended level of 1.119 to 1.124
My temp was right at 71 deg. the instructions said not to pitch yeast below 72 deg. I was in a hurry, had to go to work, I slapped a brew belt on it and pitched anyway. EC-1118 is suppose to be good down to 50 deg. according to what I have read about it so hopefully it will take off like it should.

You should post the recipe, this sounds really good buuuuut dint exactly feel like buying the kit lol
