My second batch has been in bottles for 2 weeks. Blonde ale recipe from a local brew supply store. I chilled a couple overnight and tried them out. Taste is good but a lot of foam, like its over carbonized? when i pour the bottle in a pint glass half full it foams almost the other half of pint.
i read post about no or little
carbonation, but none on too much....did i miss them?
will letting it condition 1 more week help the foam diminish?
any ideas to avoid this on next batch? first batch i used tablets when bottling, this second batch i added dextrose to bottling bucket.
