Due to the pandemic I have been unable to get distilled water. Luckily my neighbor is a long time brewer and gave me 15 gallons of RO water which we put in 3 different kegs. I have now left that water in the kegs preparing for my days off to brew with. It’s been 7 days and I recently found RO and distilled water can cause corrosion to metals. Do any of you experts out there believe it is a bad idea for me to brew with the water due to extracting possible metallic flavors? Or am I fine

Nothing can be more corrosive than the soda syrup that these kegs were designed to hold. I fill kegs with RO water to hold for brew days, sometimes for weeks till I am ready to brew.
