I will be brewing an English Pale tomorrow and want to focus on malt flavor more than hop bitterness. Which Bru'n water profile are you using?

Oh! the brewers on the English forums would complain heartily if someone recommended a modestly mineralized profile like the Balanced profiles in Bru'n Water. They would recommend using much more mineralization, like double the sulfate and chloride that's shown in the Balanced profiles. But, the Balanced or Dry profiles will allow you to taste the beer and not taste too much of the water.

Your choice.

I went with Amber full. And elevated chloride to 75ppm. Hopefully it will yield a full bodied malty beer.
