Can anyone suggest a washer (nylon?) and nut (SS or nylon?) for the threads of a 1/2" NPT fitting from a thermowell?
I plan to drill a 3/4" hole in the lid of my HDPE Speidel fermenter, so I'm looking for a nut and washer that can be sanitized and live with the beer.
Short trip to lowes was unfruitful, next stop will probably be an ACE hardware, but I was hoping someone on HBT could help. Thanks.
