How small of a scale are you looking for and what is your budget?

If I was looking for small scale all grain set up today with all I know and spent on my keggle system I would be buying a grainfather. $1,000 new seen them as low as $700 used.

When I brewed smaller, I just did BIAB on the stove with a 20qt pot I already owned and a $1 paint strainer.
