Why merely say hello when you can drink a toast, eh?
I'm from the blightier side of the pond, so far I brew ales, some sort of gingery stuff and many moons ago, elderflower wine, but am pretty much a newbie.
I am here mostly to be among people who share an interest, and to draw a pint or two off this forum's doubtless huge pool of knowledge, if you guys will allow it
