So i bought two gallons of raw apple cider from a coworker on the farm. He left out the part where he washed the apples in vinegar before pressing and I'm a bit concerned theres some acetic acid in the cider that may make this brew turn to vinegar on me? Should i dump it?? Turn it into vinegar?? Continue to brew it??

I'd think you'd be ok as is. Crush a couple campden tabs and toss them in 24 hours before you put in yeast. The real concern about vinegar is aging with too much headspace for too long.

The vinegar is used to wash off bacteria and chemicals from the apples. This should have been rinced off before he pressed the apples. There shouldn't be any problem with this at all.

So don't worry, you are fine!
