Ventilation help

Ok I have a new brew space I was thinking about getting a hood made but trying to keep cost down. Looking for help or suggestions on where or what try of vent hood I and get here. Sorry for the mess in the picture

Yes might go with the 1st idea until I save up the 600 for the top of the line one. I had the rigid Styrofoam one but since it my finished basement I wanted it to look top notch.

Check out your local used restaurant equipment dealer, the place that has an acre graveyard of stainless hoods, sinks, and tables. Look for a stainless condensate hood.
