Style: Robust Porter
5 gallon batch
3 gallon boil

OG 1.060
FG 1.015
ABV 5.9%
IBU 44.2
SRM 29.1

6 lbs Maris Otter LME
1 lb dark DME
6 oz chocolate malt
2 oz black patent
8 oz crystal 80L
8 oz extra dark crystal
8 oz flaked barley

1 oz Northern Brewer 60 min
1 oz East Kent Goldings 20 min
3 lbs pumpkin 20 min
Irish moss

Wyeast 1028
2 vanilla beans and 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice in secondary
Prime using dark brown sugar
I'm thinking 8 weeks from brew day to first bottle. What do you all think?
