So the plan in a Rosė Blonde Ale. Was going to do 5oz hibiscus and 2oz rose hips in secondary. The question is how? One thought is soak in a few oz of vodka. Other is to steep like tea and add it. I'd like to get the color but not sure I will.

I steeped mine for a ginger hibiscus cider. Haven't used with beer yet, but thought I would add at flame out in a bag for easy removal. If secondary, I would steep in 170° water for 10 min and add in a bag. I have used my french press when I only want the tea. If adding the flowers, bag thm otherwise they stick in the transfer tubes.
